Diana Wehrell-Grabowski is the Systems Engineering Curriculum Lead at NASA APPEL Knowledge
Services, where she oversees the development, delivery, and quality of systems engineering and engineering courses that support the NASA technical workforce. In this role, she manages vendor and instructor coordination, reviews and refines course content, contributes to new course development, and conducts course observations to ensure engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
With over 30 years of experience in professional development and continuing education, Diana has a long-standing passion for advancing learning and leadership. She began her career as a science educator and adjunct professor before founding her own consulting company in 1987, through which she has designed and led training programs across education and corporate sectors worldwide.
Diana brings a deep background in STEM education, change management, and instructional design to her current work in the aerospace industry. Her mission remains consistent: to empower individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their careers and contribute to mission success.
In 2023 Dr. Diana received the Eastern Florida State College Distinguished Alumni Award
as well as the STEM Leadership Star Award from the Women in Defense Spacecoast Chapter.
